Most companies around the globe has gotten the rid of losing customers while some know the cause and some are not yet familiar with the problem. You can’t imagine a business set up only to stay away from regarding the buyers and keeping a complicated record of it’s customers. While you are a small business owner that doesn’t want to lose a hair in your business, this are giants in the field that has so many customers, therefore, keeping no regard of them.
Below are good five things you must avoid in your business if you know you don’t want to lose your customers:
Ignoring customers feedback: you certainly won’t love to lose any of your customers. Therefore, keep note of their feedback and do something about it. A customer can complain about your way of service and another will complain about the the product you sell(if you are a product deliverer). To keep this customers on a better lane in your business, you can reach them back by telling them how you have improved your service or your product that best suite them after you must have done something that reach their need concerning their complain.
Pushing your customers around: Be aware of your customers and don’t go like other business owners that doesn’t know their customers. You should know how to cut off stress on your customers in other words, avoid stressing your customers when they call or trying to make an order from you. So many business owners never know this and tell the customer to repeat himself on a call trying to buy from him or keep a hard way of making sell in the business, this is too bad.
Neglecting loyalty: Don’t forget about those loyal customers that has been in business with you for years only trying to make new ones or strike a deal with direct customers. Some companies make this mistake of promoting products only with new customers neglecting the old ones irrespective of years of business with them. In you business, keep it straight. Promotions should be made on both the old and new customers if you know you don’t want to lose your old ones.
Communication and cultural difference: Not every customer communicate easily and not all your customers keep the same culture with you. This are things you should put in regard in your business if you dream of soaring high in that business. There are people that find it very hard to communicate with one another while some are natural problems like the deaf. Your ability to communicate with this people gives you an edge in your business and a better understanding of your customers without making them do things in your own way as a result of cultural difference, keeps you on a better side in your business.
Therefore, be your customers hear to hear more of what you can offer and their mouth to help them speak better.
Avoid selling! Selling!! selling!!!: You read me right. Avoid selling all the time without minding who is buying. Ask any successful business person his objective, aims and reason behind his business success, it is creating values and not selling. Your ability to create undeniable values gives you more sell and not selling selling selling. Most business owners keeps an unstoppable selling without minding the buyer, this should not be the same with you as you should know that the reason of running a business is to make life easy for your customers.
